Saturday 9am - 2pm

Customers must text 905-902-8692 15 minutes before your arrival, during the specified pickup windows, and we will place your package outside.

Pick up location is at 156 James St S. Hamilton, ON

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $10 flat rate per order.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Multiple Addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Returns & Exchanges

All Items are final sale. The Brow Room does not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our items' beauty or jewelry.
