TERMS & POLICIES

The Brow Room asks that clients reach out to cancel or reschedule their appointments 12 hours prior to their services (nano excluded, please read on for nano policies) by text, email, voicemail or their online booking. If you are contacting us after business hours or when we are closed (Saturday’s after 2pm Sunday/Monday) it is up to YOU to cancel with our online booking. We are unable to receive your cancellations when The Brow Room is closed (Saturday’s after 2pm, all day Sunday/Monday).

Please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. The Brow Room reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule appointments later than 7 minutes. We will call you at the 7 minute mark to let you know if we are able to accomodate you or not. We do our best to set everyone up for success when booking at The Brow Room. This means respecting the client’s after your booking. Appointments cancelled due to tardiness will be charged the Cancellation rate. Cancellations with less than 12 hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Missed appointments (No Shows) will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reserved service.

Nano deposits are nonrefundable. Clients are able to reschedule appointments at any time with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time, otherwise they will lose the deposit placed to secure the appointment slot and be charged $50.00 per hour that was booked out for the service (this includes touch up appointment slots). Canceled appointments will result in deposits being donated to ladybird animal sanctuary.

**Please note that complimentary services will also be charged if the client does not follow The Brow Room cancellation and rescheduling policy.***

Body Waxing appointments we also ask that clients reach out to cancel or reschedule their appointments 12 hours prior to their appointment time by text, email, voicemail or their online booking. Otherwise clients will be charged half the service fee that will be consumed by The Brow Room. 

Deposits on any service are Non-refundable. If you have left a deposit and cancel within our policies your deposit will sit on your account to use for other services or products.

We are NOT child friendly. We ask clients to find alternate arrangements that must be made for children. We understand our main client base have and care for children. We are not trying to make life any harder for you. Our rules are made from lessons learned. The Brow Room is NOT a safe space for children and we are unable to watch over your children.

PLEASE respect our decision to better service you. Clients must sign a waiver prior to coming to their appointment that ensures they were thoroughly informed with our terms, conditions, and polices. Unfortunately, you will not be able to receive your service if you come with your children.
